I'm 36 years old. From the age of 33 until just recently I have had skin problems, initially on my hands, and later on my face and even later really bad dandruff. You can call it contact dermatitis or eczema. 

The cause, I am convinced now, was malnutrition. I wrote "was" because the condition was cured by the advice given by FIGU and the Plejaren. Advice that I only recently started taking seriously. You may call me unwise for not doing this earlier and you would be correct, but since I started taking 1000mg of vitamin C (an effervescent tablet dissolved in water) which equates to the ET advice of 14mg per 1 Kg of body weight, and a multivitamin that consisted of some zinc (uncertain of quantity but probably about 10mg), the skin problem with my hands and face has disappeared. It disappeared over a period of perhaps 6 months. 

I weigh 88Kg and I am 1.8m tall.

I also had really bad dandruff that persisted even with the above mentioned vitamin C 1000mg + multivitamin until I boosted my vitamin C intake by another 400mg and my zinc by another 30mg. The ET advice for vitamins and minerals is to take more if there are health problems that need to be addressed. Some tablets are also poor quality so experimentation may be required so that positive results are obtained. My true vitamin and mineral intake may actually be less than the above values because I may have been taking poor quality tablets.

This is extraterrestrial health advice that works! Perhaps to save money, try cheap tablets first and if results are poor, try the expensive stuff.
